Hi Rosalia
Your seed mask may have too many voxels/vertices. Try a dry run with "-P 1" to see how long it takes, then the time it'll take with more samples scales linearly with the number of samples.
Note that you can also parallelise different runs (with small -P) if you set the --rseed option to a different value for each run.
