We are looking for an experienced SAS programmer to join the team in the Germany, working partially home based occasionally coming to the office in either Berlin or North Rhine Westphalia region.
In this position you will work as a programmer on multiple projects as well as coordinating all programming aspects of the project.
Role Responsibilities
• Contribute to the leadership of project teams as assigned by Biostatistics Management
• Time management of own and team's time spent on projects, ensuring deadlines are accomplished, with the delivery of high quality work
• Where applicable, provide the Project Manager, Biostatistics department, and company management with timely, accurate status and resourcing reports
• Interact with the project team leaders and sponsor on programming aspects of the project and present at meetings, as required, and communication actively and frequently with other team members as needed
• Ensure projects are well documented and consistent with company SOPs and working procedures
• Produce statistical appendices with appropriate documentation
• Oversee the Quality Review of the statistical reporting of selected projects
Qualifications
• BSc degree in statistics, computer science or related field is desirable. However also acceptable is a non-graduate qualification in combination with good relevant proven industry and SAS programming experience in a clinical trial environment
• Understanding of database structures and working with complex data structures
