Element System Engineer: Dishes

The Square Kilometre Array (SKA) is a multi-purpose radio telescope that
will play a major role in answering key questions in modern astrophysics and
cosmology. It will be one of a small number of cornerstone observatories
around the world that will provide astrophysicists and cosmologists with a
transformational view of the Universe.
Reporting into the SKA Project Manager you will be expected to execute and
support the system level team in the development of parametric models,
system architectures, requirements analysis and validation, requirements
allocation, and interface development and management. We are looking for an
experienced system engineer with a proven track record in the development of
system engineering products and utilisation of system engineering tools. You
must also have a University degree in Physics or Engineering, another
closely related and relevant field, or equivalent expertise; high level
domain knowledge of large dishes; deep technical knowledge of some of the
critical technologies and major units within large dishes. For detailed
