We're in the process of reviewing how we obtain feedback from our library users, and are updating our feedback form, web form etc. I'm interested to hear from other libraries about how you obtain feedback from users - do you have a feedback form design that works particularly well, do you use other methods - text etc. Also, what timeframe do you give for replying to feedback - within 1 week, 7 days etc?
I'm happy to feedback responses to the list if this would be helpful for other libraries.
