archives which is free and on the internet.

http://gulib.georgetown.edu/newjour/

Click on Search Archive and try the titles.  You may also want to use 
their contact information in case you have someone falsely claiming to 
represent a journal.

If a library in your region subscribes to Ulrich's Periodicals Directory, 
this is a commercial product that would have a much more complete listing
