HSBC are currently looking for an experienced Corporate Archivist to join
their team in a 12 month fixed term contract based in Canary Wharf.
The successful candidate will assist in the capture, preservation and
promotion of the archives for the business with an active involvement in
implementing the unit’s collecting/cataloguing/conservation programmes.
This is an exciting opportunity to communicate HSBC’s history through
outreach projects which actively support business objectives. There will
also be the opportunity to collaborate with the wider business on joint
initiatives that reinforce HSBC’s values and help drive employee
engagement.
To be considered for this role applicants will have the following skills &
qualifications:
A post-graduate qualification in Archives and Records Management
Previous experience of working in archives - preferably in a corporate
environment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
