Yes, as Tim has written, Doug, it's mainly about, er, Britain I think.
It would be very interesting to see a US critic take a similar approach to
the American century.
I'm not quite sure what you mean by all that stuff though my answer would
probably be 'I don't know' considering, as I stressed, I've yet to read the
book in full myself :)
