You should be aware that Lucy Kimball's critique "Rethinking Design
Thinking" is being published by the peer-review journal Design and
Culture as a two part article. The first part was published in volume
3, number 3 (November 2011) and is open access:

The second part will be published in Design and Culture's volume 4,
