Share your top information skills teaching tips with other librarians
at the Leeds Teachmeet
Learn from colleagues about what has worked for them and what has failed.
Whether you are new to teaching information skills or have been doing
it for years we can all up our skills. This afternoon will be a great
opportunity to share your top tips, what works, who it works for, how
you approached that knotty information skills problem, even sharing
what didn't work is a learning opportunity!
Teachmeet works best when people want to show and share their teaching
triumphs and woes, tips and tricks, triumphs and tragedies, so please
"prepare" something you can lead for 5 minutes as part of the
afternoon. It doesn't have to be anything fancy - it could just be a
question you want to crowdsource a solution to!
ARLG are organising the teachmeet on a shoestring - tea and coffee
will be provided but please bring cake to share
