You can, but there are many reasons that I would not recommend doing that. The most practical is execution time, it will take 8 times more than a run on 2x2x2 diffusion data (meaning more than a week on a single desktop!). And you will not gain any information by doing that, as you just run this processing on interpolated data.
In any case, make sure that the binary brain mask is fine. Also you need to increase the burn-in period, 250 iterations is very short.
