Dear all,
I'm working with Library of Economics for their publication.
Based on Guidelines for Encoding Bibliographic Citation Information(http://dublincore.org/documents/dc-citation-guidelines/ ),
It mentions that Dublin Core Abstract Model terms the value of dcterms:bibliographicCitation property is a value string.
Is there any reasons or benefits why it is not intended to be a resource identifier?
Regards,
