Hi
You'd need to provide the baseline map that GIS layer is registered too
and any supplementary database information that feeds into the required
layer, such as site contamination data. The third party would also need
the same GIS package. It may be simpler to export the information as a
bitmap or PDF.
Hope this helps

Subject: Environmental Information Regs - GIS and Potentially
Contaminated Sites
Hi all,
The Authority has received a request for details of the locations of all
areas of land which we have identified as being potentially contaminated
land. The applicant understands we maintain a GIS layer which plots the
locations of all potentially contaminated sites within the area and
would like the information to be provided in the format of an electronic
map.
Has anyone had experience with such request?
Regards,
Damon
