Consent - provided it is 'specific, informed and freely given' (according to
the Directive) - complies with Schedule 2. However, you must also comply,
of course, with the rest of the first Principle and all the other seven.
(E.g. an illegal disclosure - ultra vires, for example - would be a breach,
even if you had consent.)
In practice, however, much of the time we are in risk management territory.
If the Data Subject has assessed the risk and finds it acceptable, most of
your concerns will fall away.
