Hi,
Over the last year I've been asked to review a couple of
papers using BUGS/JAGS in general clinical journals. I've
been quite unhappy with the reporting of the analyses. It's
often almost impossible to figure out what was done, and how
the model was fitted, and tested.
Are there any published guidelines for reporting such
analyses? If not, is anyone interested in collaborating on
writing them?
Best wishes,
Anthony Staines
