Hi,
I am trying to specify a 2x2x2 factorial design in SPM, but get an error during ReML estimation. The 'RCOND' value decreases on each iteration until RCOND = NaN which causes SPM to break (divide by zero?). If I instead run two 2x2 ANOVAs separately (one for each of the levels of my third factor), then there is no error. Can anyone advise?
More details on the error:
Warning: Matrix is singular, close to singular or badly scaled.
Results may be inaccurate. RCOND = NaN.
