hi lean
i know this is a very nurse led tool kit however there are good problem solving solutions if they had a psychologist assessment it will advise in the report what would help i have enclosed the RCN pdf and links that will hopefully help - the employee may need adjustments - if they have issues with note taking why so? would they benefit from yellow paper to note take with lines as this is helpful instead of black on white
good luck - i have interest in dyslexia as my daughter and husband have this - both are on the artistic arena - my husband is an architect and finds notes, meetings that are organised and time to organise his workload is the biggest help
best wishes

Apart from voice activated software in office, can anyone recommend anything else that may help her work more efficiently, e.g. during note taking at client's place. Also, apart from Access to Work, any other avenues ? Any particular company where best to get software/hardware?
