Hi Georgina,
I've had positive experience of PPC and AXA for e'ee assistance providers. Depending on number of employees, costs vary. For a few thousand staff can be as cheap as a few pounds per e'ee and some cover family members as well. The telephone/ face to face counselling and online cbt included is good too.
It alomost paid for itself on counselling alone!
