I have re-purposed this page, moving its previous contents (sections
cut-and-pasted from DC-RDF, etc) to [1].
This new page _transcludes_ the contents of [2,3,4]. This means that
we can continue to create new example pages with names on the pattern
of:
http://wiki.dublincore.org/index.php/DCAM_Revision_High_Level_Example_xxx_xxxx
When a reference to example page is added to this new "Design Patterns"
page, the entire contents of all of the linked pages will be included in
this one page.
