Hi Gina,
Try making a symbolic link for libguilegtk-2.0.so.0 just
like the others -- the version in
coot-Linux-x86_64-rhel-4-gtk2-python/lib may not be the
proper version for your system (so make sure to delete or
replace it with your symbolic link).
If that still doesn't work let me know.
