Were the min/max aliased frequencies reset on you? I suspect that this is
likely what has happened. And it ought to mean that there is some peak
whose real position is outside the "fundamental" region.
We used to have a way of turning off the behaviour of having the region
extended, even if some peak was outside the region, but it seems to have
gotten lost, but Tim has now put it back in, at least in v2.2.2 (if you
get the updates from the server). So if you go to the Project -->
Preferences --> User Options dialog then there is an option "Contour to
Unaliased" which you probably want set to False (by default it is True).
