Ditto. We don't use any form of electronic mobile detector but I would be interested in knowing more about what sort of technology is available. We often discover students in possession of mobile phones during exams and, where this happens, we deal with it on a case-by-case basis. If there is thought to be no evidence of any attempt to gain an advantage, we would treat it as a technical breach of our regulations (which we classify as a Level 1 breach). Allegations of a more serious nature would be referred to our Senate Student Discipline Committee.
