I have found out what is happening. I managed to contact webfusion by phone this morning. They have sold on the server running the ACB websites to a different company which requires different FTP upload addresses. They were meant to have sent out an email informing everyone but ACB office have not been notified. So the solution now lies with Nic at ACB central to notify all the webmasters with the new details

Dear John,
Sorry to hear about your problem! When i took over the NW ACB site the account was plagued by spam and a virus infiltration which the hosting company took a long time to not fix.
Have you tired ringing them?
In my opinion, they charge an excessive amount of money, for a poor service running on old out of date systems and software.
In the end i decided it would be easier to set up a completely new ACB NW site using a hosting company of my own choice, using the powerful, yet free open source 'Joomla' system, as recommended by Craig Webster of the ACB WM. I have not looked back.
Hope you get it resolved soon!
