Dear Colleagues:
I will be grateful for information from labs measuring methotrexate. Our oncologist are using a protocol that mandates measuring methotrexate to values as low as 0.05 µmol/L as they have to continue on leucovorin till the methotrexate level is equal or less than 0.05 µmol/L. We were using the Abbott TDX methotrexate assay that is now discontinued and this is not available on either the Axsym or the Architect
I will be grateful for advice from Abbott users, which assay they have shifted to?
Thanks in advance
Mohamed
