‘Surviving the Psychosocial Oncology PhD’

This interactive event is aimed at PhD/doctorate students who are undertaking their research in the area of psychosocial oncology / cancer care.
Provisional programme (subject to change):
•Welcome, introductions & opportunity for students to present a brief overview of their research or an aspect of it they wish to discuss*
• Group brainstorm on challenges faced so far or anticipated in the future
• Session 1: Relationships with supervisors
• Session 2: Emotional impact of psychosocial oncology research
• Small group work on survival strategies
