Dear Juha,
Go into your feat directory and do the following:
mkdir reg
cd reg
cp $FSLDIR/etc/flirtsch/ident.mat example_func2highres.mat
cp $FSLDIR/etc/flirtsch/ident.mat highres2standard.mat
imcp ../example_func example_func
imcp $FSLDIR/data/standard/MNI152_T1_2mm highres
imcp $FSLDIR/data/standard/MNI152_T1_2mm standard
cd ..
updatefeatreg .
This should create the necessary files and allow you to run a
higher level analysis.
All the best,
Mark
