Thanks for this - I read it with a big smile on my face - they're trying so hard, aren't they? Didn't notice any membership numbers for this year! But the subscription money that's not there will be made up by the adverts from Bose (?) and Selecta DNA Advanced Forernsic Marking (???)

Hello All
Here is the IfL's latest offering. It gives a double page spread up to Frank Coffield and his 'red thread' of left wing ideas in education. Interesting to note how Ivan Illich, Summerhill and Paulo Freire are all flavour of the month especially in publications that realise the government doesn't pay the bills any more and all those not doing enough CPD in their free time teachers need to be brought on side.
Who is going to paying their voluntary subscription now?
