Therefore, we are recruiting for this brand new role of 'Research Manager' to work within the already established and thriving Customer Intelligence team.
The actual title of the role will be "Voice of the Customer Manager", which gives a good idea of this important position.
We are looking for someone with a background in:
• Research Management (possibly someone who has worked at consumer research focussed businesses like IPSOS, AC Nielsen, Forrester Research etc...although other forms of Research Management will also be considered)
• Strong experience in Market Research Protocol; including design, explaining, moderating, analysing and developing a full report of results.
• Can work well with internal teams, 3rd party agencies and of course, the customers.
• Has a degree in statistics, research...or a related subject.
• Experience of working with questionnaire survey tools
• Experience of working with analytical packages
• Experience of customer level data and methods, used to create a single customer view
• Experience with SQL and large data sets is a distinct advantage
• Experience of working with an online brand is desirable, but not essential
