Dear FSL-experts,
I got a problem with the dual reg & really hope that you can help!
I ran the Melodic concat for all my subjects - created the .mat & .con with Glm - and ran the dual_regression as follows:
bash dual_regression B_FUP1.gica/groupmelodic.ica/melodic_IC 1 B_FUP1.mat B_FUP1.con 500 grot \`cat B_FUP1.gica/.filelist\`
Even if I got all the "correct echos":
- creating common mask
- doing the dual regressions
- sorting maps and running randomise
my output grot folder only contains error messages in my scripts+logs folder:
drA.e26220:
/bin/sh: line 1: unexpected EOF while looking for matching ``'
drC.e…
cat: invalid Option -- d
„cat --help“ for help
Compulsory arguments (You MUST set one or more of):
-i,--in input file name (text matrix or 3D/4D image file)
Could not open matrix file cat
Could not open matrix file grot/dr_stage1_subject00000.txt
/bin/sh: Zeile 1: 26339 Speicherzugriffsfehler /usr/local/fsl/bin/fsl_glm -i `cat -d B_FUP1.gica/groupmelodic.ica/melodic_IC -o grot/dr_stage1_subject00000.txt –demea
So it seems to have troubles with the input cat – filelist… Do I have to write all input files after the grot e.g.subject1_B_FUP1.ica? (I thought the cat option automatically includes the files somehow)
Or if I first have to create the filelist do I save it as .txt?
Thank you very much for your help!
All the best, Daniela
