I hope it's sunny where you are!
At our AGM we had a policy passed that mandates us to push the University
to ensure both PG and UG students are represented in the 'test lecture'
stage of the recruitment process for new teaching staff as well as possibly
actually sitting on the hiring panels. This currently goes on in many
departments and schools, but there is no firm policy across the University.
Do any of your universities have a policy on this, or know any examples of
best practice that I can take back to our uni?
