IMHO, I would copy the contents of mysql directory (usually /var/lib/mysql) to a backup location, increase the innodb_force_recovery level and try again.
The increase should eventually repair the InnoDB tables, however some of the data might be lost. If that occurs, I would recommend copying the contents of mysql directory back to original directory and using other tools to extract data from original ibdataX files and restore the data from scratch.
