Hi,
Use the cluster_mask_zstat* images.
These contain a unique label value for each cluster (e.g. in your case, 1 to 9).
To select out a specific cluster (say the one labelled number 5 from zstat1) you'd do:
fslmaths cluster_mask_zstat1 -thr 5 -uthr 5 -bin maskcl5
the output (maskcl5, although you can use any name) is a binary mask that you
can use as an ROI.
