Jerome Bickenbach also has a new book which addresses some of these issues,
Ethics, Law and Policy, Sage: 2012 . This book appears in the 8 volume
Sage 8 series, Disability: Key Issues and Future Directions, Albrecht,
General Editor.
Best,
Gary
