I think we have either entered a quieter part of the day or some messages are taking a wee while to come through (suspect both) so I thought it would be an appropriate time to ask about how you find managing your time and attention in relation to social media?
I was also wondering if there is a particular maximum number of social media spaces that you feel it's worthwhile engaging with or that you can manage interruptions from?
