I've tweeted from conferences and I found it exhausting! I would much
rather pay attention to what the speaker is saying and write notes to
type up later, but that's just because I'm rubbish at multitasking!
Having said that, I think conference tweets are invaluable for those
that can't attend but would love to. I've used them to follow numerous
events and whilst it's not as good as being there is is a really useful
tool.
