I frequently ask cataloguing related questions on Twitter but I will say
that your answers are limited by the number of people who are following you
and who therefore see your tweet and potentially respond. So if you've just
joined Twitter, and only have a couple of followers, don't be surprised if
you don't get an answer! Sounds obvious, but not necessarily to everyone
new to it.
I would definitely be interested in @tags for good accounts to follow for
cataloguing questions, I have added everyone who has mentioned their tag so
far which is certainly a good start.

Subject: [CIG-E-FORUM] Twitter for cataloguers
Those of you who have had a chance to read Nicola's CIGS web 2.0 seminar
blog post will have seen her coverage of Lynn Corrigan's presentation
"Twitter: professional benefits for cataloguers". She discusses how
cataloguers are publishers of information. So, what are you tweeting or
blogging about in the cataloguing sphere? Can you recommend any good
accounts to follow? How would you describe the benefits for cataloguers
specifically to those on the eforum who are not currently using Twitter?
(And thank you to those non-users who have posted!)
Wendy
