Hello,

(Sorry: I was at a meeting and am late to the party :-))

I think a twitter marathon is a _brilliant_ idea. It would be great to show some of the obscure things we catalogue (Georgian pamphlets anyone? )and some of the theoretical issues we wrestle with while classifying. A 24 hour one sounds particularly great, as it would be interesting to see similarities or differences as the marathon moved around the world!

Agreed! A Twitter Cataloguing Marathon is a lovely idea! :)

Would be really interesting and, if it was done through HVCats, we could even try to cover most of a 24 hour period with all our colleagues in the US and elsewhere abroad.... hm, off to put my thinking cap on!
