Keen to improve your R programming skills? We have a choice of 1 -day or
2-day options to help you get started with R, or to improve your R
programming skills. Course leader Dr. Heather Turner has designed a
friendly path to understanding the fundamentals of R and then putting
it to use in support of your statistical knowledge. You'll get hands-on
experience and you'll be learning in a small group alongside others who
share your goals.

29 May 12 :: Getting started with R - Course 1

Topics: Introduction to R and RStudio. Data import and export, data
handling. Basic data summaries, tables and graphics. Linear regression.
Analysis of variance. Getting support. Attend Day 1 if you want a sound

Topics: Overview of data structures in R. Flow control (for loops,
if/else blocks), vectorization. Writing functions. Profiling and
