Dear Louise,
I will be interested to hear the feedback you get as our recent staff
and student focus groups have asked for something similar.
Regards
Anne

Subject: FW: informal reporting process
Dear All
We are currently setting up a system which will allow for an informal
equality reporting system, primarily aimed to track trends. The
informal complaints/incident reporting system will be available to
students, staff, visitors and 3rd parties of the institution in which
the person(s) whom is reporting can choose to be anonymous.
We would be interested if you have any similar processes in place, and
whether you would be able to share any information on what has worked
successfully and what has not succeeded as much as you hoped?
Although the process is an informal one, and reports may be anonymous,
we are considering whether some incidents should be logged with
organisations outside our university, and were wondering if this is a
policy that you have adopted?
Many thanks
Louise
