Tossing a coin might be cheaper......at least it gets the right answer in 50% of cases :-)
We stopped our FOBs over 12 months ago, not had any issues. Surely the question is about appraising those who decline about the facts??

Subject: FOB
We've just ceased our faecal occult blood service. Feedback is minimal but positive.
I've just received this enquiry though;
"I am concerned that you are considering removing the FOB testing. In some patients who decline a scope it is helpful to at least be able to advise whether they really ought to have a scope."
How should I respond,
Regards, David
