Hello,
I have applied FSL DTIFIT on my data.
Among the output files I have got a file named "dti_V1_b.nii" which represents the eigenvector corresponding to the 1st eigenvalue L1.
I have then converted my "dti_V1_b.nii" to .hdr and .img format using MRIcron and I have finally obtained 3 separate files:
dti_V1_b_1(.hdr and .img format)
dti_V1_b_2(.hdr and .img format)
dti_V1_b_3(.hdr and .img format)
I think that each file corresponds to the component of the first eigenvector V1 along the x,y or z axis.
My questions are:
- How can I know which file represents the component of V1 along the x axis (and along the y and z axis as well)?
- Do you know the orientation of the x,y and z axis?
Thank you for your help
Best regards
L. Vanquin
