Postdoctoral positions are available for highly motivated scientists in the laboratory of Dr. Xin Liu at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas (http://www.utsouthwestern.edu/fis/faculty/127166/xin-liu.html).
The research of the laboratory is focused on the regulation of chromatin organization and its impacts on transcription and human diseases. We are particularly interested in elucidating the molecular and biophysical basis of chromatin dynamics including chromatin looping mediated by macromolecular complexes during transcriptional activation and repression. Applicants with background and interest in structural biology, protein and nucleic acid biochemistry, chromatin and transcription biology, or biophysical methodology are encouraged to apply.
Candidates should submit a CV, a list of three references, and a brief statement of research accomplishments and career goals by e-mail to: [log in to unmask]
