the following publications provide ID-criteria for the discrimination
of teeth of Mus musculus and Apodemus sp.. However they are all
German, Austrian or Swedish publications and probably out of reach
for you in Ireland. Probably most appropriate for you is a handout
compiled from different publications by Jim Williams for the PZG
meeting in Oxford 2006 entitled "Small mammal identification and
taphonomy".
