Perhaps someone more fluent in legalese could recommend a form of
words. The crucial point is that SLALIB/C/O must not be available
for commercial uses. And if possible I would prefer use to be
limited to supporting Debian packages; these could even be
enumerated (DS9, Astlib...) but I don't mind it being open-ended.
