Willfried:
What you describe has nothing to do with PPI. It appears you are
trying to set up a second level model and somehow the images are not
where SPM thinks they should be. You need to check your image paths
and permissions. You can check these when you set up the model in the
batch editor to make sure you have selected them properly. If the
models have already been set up and the SPM.mat file has been saved,
you can load SPM.mat in Matlab. Then look at the field SPM.xY.VY for
the filename locations saved in SPM. Make sure you can read the files
at those locations. For example you could try opening them using Check
Reg or Display.
Hope this helps,
Darren
