Hi all,
in SPM it is possible to insert covariates/nuisance variables when setting up a one sample t-test. Is this also possible in the BPM toolbox? I would like to add VBM images as a covariate in an fMRI analysis.
I thought this would be possible in BPM using ANCOVA, because it allowed me to enter a single group. But this does not work (see my email some days ago).
Another possibility would be to conduct a regression (fMRI <----> VBM images) and to do further analyses with the residual images. Is it possible to get the residual images in BPM?
Thanks in advance!
