The problem with built in screen readers is the voice which may/can grate after a short while. Dedicated screen readers such as Claro Read Plus and Read and Write Gold have a choice of excellent voices which making reading more pleasurable. They will read all electronic material no matter what format they are in, including PDF.

Hi,
A lot of computers have built-in text-to-speech software, and this
should be able to be used in conjunction with most programs on the
computer, including Adobe.
Kind regards,

Hi,
If these are two separate points, then yes, Adobe has an in-built
screen reader, although, I can't see why you would not be able to use
a software programme of your choosing.
Hope this helps!!
Becky.
