Pete,
I would suggest you actually contact a social scientist and have him/her
and you lead the discussion, having had couple of discussions regarding
contents and method, etc. I've done this many times but I'm in Bogotá
and all my work and reports are in Spanish. It has worked perfectly when
I've organized it that way (however, I am by training a social scientist
and by practice a transportation "expert").
