This is an ugly message, but as far as I know it is harmless. It appears on other systems on which CCP4MG works fine.

However, this is more serious. I believe that you would be much better off with the latest version 2.5.2 available from

http://www.ccp4.ac.uk/MG/Download/

The first linux binary listed should have much better binary compatibility with newer systems.
