here at Strathclyde we are reviewing registration and it looks like this area hasn't been surveyed for a while. I'd be grateful if you would take a few minutes to provide some details of the registration process at your institution. If you reply to me directly at [log in to unmask], I'll post a summary.
(a) what are the primary components of registration - eg confirmation of course and personal details, fees payment, curriculum/module choice?
(b) how are personal and fee payer details evidenced?
(c) who registers on-line and who registers in person?
(d) what other processes are included in registration - eg Tier 4 document scanning, card issue?
(e) are you planning any major changes to registration?
