GGUS had some kind of brainstorm yesterday and closed a lot of open tickets. After people complained they were reopened again, but it looks like the reset caught your closed tickets too. Presumably the NGI team then saw them as new ... basically it's a mess, I think all you can do is put them back to the right state by hand.
